At Shan at Uley, food and hospitality go together.

Our meals are freshly prepared with a mix of Ladakhi, Indian and continental dishes, using local and seasonal ingredients wherever possible. In winter, our greenhouse helps us bring fresh greens and vegetables to the table even when the valley outside is frozen.

Hospitality here is simple and personal. A warm meal after a cold day, tea shared around the table, stories from the mountains and the feeling of being welcomed into a home.
